The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) is a not-for-profit trade association representing approximately 1,300 businesses involved in the residential development, construction and remodeling industry in the eight-county Metro Denver region. Members include homebuilders, land developers and remodelers, as well as trade partners including architects, mortgage lenders, building material suppliers and subcontractors.
Each year, the HBA singles out one local community for its overall commitment to excellence. In 2008, that community is Solterra—both a tremendous honor for our homecrafters, and a first for the Lakewood area. The 2008 Denver Parade of Homes will showcase eight of Solterra’s most luxurious enclave estates, each representing the architectural artistry of our esteemed luxury homecrafters. Every member of the Solterra team is thrilled to be recognized by the HBA; we look forward to a truly memorable event.

Directions:
From C-470 exit at West Alameda Parkway (between I-70 and Morrison Road on C-470) and go east ½ mile, to S. Indiana Street, turn right heading South, and the signs will guide you to the parking area for the Parade of Homes in Solterra.
