About the Company
The father and son team of Gregg and Robert Carnicello started building together in 1976, crafting custom and semi-custom homes along Colorado’s Front Range. By limiting the number of homes they build each year, Gregg Design Custom uilders (GDCB) is able to provide individual service and attention to detail to their clients. Custom building is all that GDCB does; their team has decades of combined experience, fostering a level of attention to detail that bigger builders simply cannot provide.
Crafting the Solterra Experience
GDCB believes that custom building is “in the details”, and that true custom craftsmanship has nothing to do with a home’s size. For approximately 10 years, GDCB has been focusing on old world design, with an emphasis on French Country and Tuscan architecture. The company’s teamwork and cohesiveness—color and design handled by Linda Sedgeley, field management and construction administered by Scott Pascal, vision, development and direction provided by Gregg Carnicello, marketing expertise given by Don Burke, and guidance and foresight give by company patriarch Bob Carnicello—creates a one-of-a-kind experience for homeowners.
