Carter has been building high-end homes all across Colorado for 14 years. His portfolio mostly consists of custom homes, ranging from $800K–3 million, but his latest venture is a semi-custom line under the name Brookline Homes. These "Gourmet Homes", named after European desserts, include "La Grande Cannoli"—Colorado's 2006 Parade of Homes "Best of Show" winner and the recipient of highly coveted awards in 11 out of 12 categories.
Crafting the Solterra Experience
Specializing in Tuscan-styled homes, Brookline Homes is a natural fit for Solterra. Scott Carter has spent years studying and perfecting Tuscan architecture, down to the smallest details. His signature touch (included in each one of his homes) is an intimate outdoor living space. Brookline Homes is also well practiced in Built Green and Energy Star ratings, and is committed to using green-friendly practices and products.
