Carma is pleased to welcome Michael Woodley, owner of Woodley Architectural Designs, as the Community Architect for Solterra. In this role, he will be responsible for capturing the distinctive character of Europe's charming hilltowns—and also working individually with each homebuilder to make sure each homecrafter in the community functions seamlessly as part of the whole.
Michael’s dramatic aesthetic is immediately recognizable in The Retreat, the 5-million-dollar centerpiece of the Solterra community. Here, top-tier traditional materials such as rough-hewn stone and exposed wood beams combine with spa-quality finishes and an airy, open-plan design to create an exceptional environment in which owners can gather to socialize and celebrate.
